Hindman one of composers selected for NODUS 2022 Open Call

Caixa Castelló Foundation and the Coves de Vinromà Town Hall, together with the collaboration of the Jaume I University of Castelló, celebrate the positive accompaniment of this new artistic project posat in marxa together with the mission to promote, expand and innovate the repertory of contemporary music by composers from all over the world.
The open call Nodus 2022, sponsored by Fundació Caixa Castelló selected 8 composers to spend a week at the Coves de Vinromà, from July 11 to 16. The call received 126 applications, from 33 different nationalities, and the selected composers come from Spain, the United States, Armenia, Italy, South Korea, Turkey, China and Poland. The week is devoted to develop musical repertoire for saxophone and percussion, with activities and reading sessions with musicians David Moliner and Carlos Tena, culminating in a concert on July 15 at the Església de les Coves de Vinromà.
